About Energy Funds for All

Energy Funds for All is a public toolkit designed to make clean energy funding opportunities accessible to every community in North Carolina and South Carolina. Our mission is to ensure that all Carolinians—regardless of race, gender, income level, or political affiliation—have the tools they need to take advantage of the growing number of programs that support energy efficiency, renewable energy, and household cost savings.

Across the Carolinas, new funding is becoming available through federal programs, state initiatives, utility offerings, and nonprofit resources. These programs can provide rebates, grants, loans, and technical assistance for everything from weatherizing homes to installing solar panels to upgrading community buildings. Yet many residents and organizations struggle to navigate this complex landscape of opportunities. EF4A helps bridge that gap by serving as a central, easy-to-use hub that organizes information in one place.

Built under 501(c)(3) nonprofit–compliant procedures, EF4A is intended purely for educational use. Our goal is not to advance a political agenda but to empower households, nonprofits, and local governments with clear, reliable, and up-to-date information about clean energy funding and how to access it.

By connecting people with funding opportunities for energy efficiency upgrades, renewable energy adoption, and community-based energy solutions, Energy Funds for All helps households save money, reduce energy use, and build a more resilient future. Whether you are a homeowner, renter, small business, nonprofit, or local leader, EF4A is here to guide you toward the resources you need.
